AZ is another MC who has been severely underrated over the years. Maybe it’s because most people heard him for the first time with Nas. Whatever the case, his new song The Calm is hot.

The fact that the song is produced by Statik Selektah (dude is on his grind) doesn’t hurt either. AZ has always been best at riding those dark soulful tracks that you could imagine hearing in a blaxploitation film. The Calm is on of those. Click here to check it out.
